What dental plans is Dr. Worrell in network with?
Aetna, United Health Care, Premera, Lifewise, Regence, Delta Dental of Washington and surrounding states, and Anthem Blue Cross. We bill all insurance companies that are out of network as well. Please call our office if you do not see your insurance provider listed. Please be aware that in network participation can change.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
WEDental provides an in office savings plan for patients without dental insurance. No waiting periods and yearly max. View the plan details here. We also except all FSA and HSA payment dental services.
What is your cancellation policy?
For consideration of patients on our waitlist, we ask 48 hours (two business days) for any changes to your appointment. We have a cancellation/no show fee of $50. For any changes to your appointment call our office directly.
How does billing work?
As a courtesy all claims are sent to your dental insurance provider. All co-pays for services must be paid at time of service.
How do I afford dentistry without insurance?
We offer an in house dental savings plan that gives you 20% off all treatment outside of your preventative visit. Learn more here. We also offer third party financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. You can pre-qualify for a treatment plan from $100-30,000 within minutes based on your credit.
Do I need to take dental x-rays at my first appointment?
Dental X-rays are crucial for comprehensive dental care. They reveal issues invisible to the naked eye, such as cavities between teeth, infections, bone loss, and abnormalities and growths. This early detection enables timely intervention, preventing potential complications and ensuring a thorough assessment of oral health for effective treatment planning. If you have recent x-rays contact your old provider and have them digitally emailed to our office at info@wedentalnw.com.
