Meet Dr. Worrell
Dr. Worrell comes from a family of experienced dentists, raised by honesty and compassion.
Dr. Fred is a proud graduate of the University Of Washington, School of Dentistry and the second-generation of dentists within his family. He was born in Richmond, VA and raised from the age of 8 years old in St. Lucia, in the Caribbean. After the completion of his dental program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry Dr. Fred moved to St. Lucia where he joined the dental practice of his mother and father, graduates of Georgetown University and The University of Washington, School of Dentistry. In Saint Lucia Dr. Fred’s passion for dentistry and patient education was fueled by a desire to help bring a confident smile to many of the islanders and tourist and to promote the understanding that optimal general health begins with a happy smile.
Dr. Fred operates with the philosophy that makes sure all his patients are receiving the best care possible in maximum comfort. Careful listening is integral part of Dr. Fred’s practice. His calm demeanor and love for dentistry enables him to explain dental plans and treatments that reassure patients, especially children and apprehensive patients. Dr. Fred strives to provide gentle and caring dentistry to patients in a relaxing environment.
By attending monthly continuing education groups, Dr. Fred makes it his obligation to provide the latest technology and techniques in dentistry to ensure the absolute best care for his patients. He is a certified Invisalign provider and has countless hours of continuing education and advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, periodontal therapy, TMJ disorders, Invisalign and orthodontics (fixed brackets).
Outside of the office, Dr. Fred is kept busy by his 3 children. He loves the outdoors and especially the sun. Traveling, cycling and spending time with friends and family is what Dr. Fred loves most. Growing up on an island and practicing competitive swimming, Dr. Fred feeds his passion for the water by recreational swimming and sport fishing. His ears are always ready for a great fishing story!
